5 ripe roma tomatoes (chopped)
1 container grape tomatoes (chopped)
1 container cherry tomatoes (chopped)
3 medium sweet onions (chopped)
1 jalapeņo pepper, seeded and minced (or any type of hot pepper)
1 small can chopped black olives
1 bunch cilantro (destem and the leaves chopped/bruised)
1 tsp oregano
1-2 tsp powdered garlic
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Allow mixture to marinate for several hours. Serve with your favorite chips, over baked potatoes or in a salad.
