1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Mexi-corn, rinsed and drained
1 small red onion, small chunks
2 large tomatoes, small chunks
2 large ripe avocados, small chunks
4 oz green taco sauce
cup canola oil
cup vinegar
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dry Dressing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix canola oil, vinegar and Italian dressing mix in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dressing mixture to vegetables. Allow to refrigerate for several hours before serving.
