Ingredients:
Ingredients:
large shells (the amount is based on how many you want to make)
1-2 lbs hamburger (depends on how many you are making)
diced onions (1/2 medium onion)
fresh crushed garlic (1 like garlic, so I use about 6 cloves)
cream cheese (1 per pound of meat)
1 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup mozzarella
red sauce (any brand is fine)
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil your shells, do not cook them until they are completely done, you want them slightly firm (not too firm though), Drain water, run cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Set aside. Brown meat, add onions, garlic, salt
and pepper (to taste). Drain grease. Put in large bowl, add cream cheese, 3/4 cup of Parmesan and 3/4 cup mozzarella, stir till all is
blended well. Take a large spoon and fill shells. Be careful not to put too much in them. You want the noodle to almost close. Put in pan with open end of noodle facing down. Continue until noodles and meat mixture are gone. Pour red sauce over
shells completely covering them. Sprinkle top with rest of Parmesan and mozzarella. Put in oven on 400. Cook for 3 minutes. Let stand
10 minutes prior to serving.
