1/2 cup onion diced
1 cup celery diced
2 lbs hamburger
1/4 cup green pepper diced
1 cup rice, cooked or instant
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/4 cup soy sauce
Chow mein noodles
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions, celery, pepper and hamburger. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drain grease. Add rice, soups, water, soy sauce and mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Top with chow mein noodles.
