1 large onion
2 pressed garlic cloves
2 cans white (Great Northern) beans
1 small can diced green chilies
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked, coarsely chopped chicken
salt to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 to 2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In butter, saute 1 large onion and 2 pressed garlic cloves until onion is translucent. Put into crockpot.
Add all other ingredients.

Simmer for 1/2 to 2 hrs. Sprinkle with 1 cup Parmesan just before serving
