4 eggs
3/4 c milk
1 tsp Oregano
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 pkg of crescent rolls - 8 oz
1 pkg of brown and serve sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Grease bottom and 1/2 inch up side of 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread crescent rolls on bottom and up 1/2 inch of sides of pan.
Cut sausage in dime size pieces and add as layer across crescent rolls. Layer grated cheese across the top of the sausage. Beat
eggs well and add milk and oregano. Pour over the entire mixture. Bake at 370-400 degrees for about 20 mintues.
