6 egg whites
1 tsp vinegar
2 cups sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
8 oz Cool Whip
1 tsp vanilla
21 oz can cherry pie filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lb frozen strawberries, thawed, drained or fresh
1 cup sugar

Beat egg whites until foamy and slowly add 2 cups sugar and cream of tartar.Whip and add vinegar and beat to stiff peaks. Spread over lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cook completely.

Combine cream cheese and remaining sugar and vanilla. Fold in marshmallows
and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled egg white crust and chill at least 12 hours.

Combine pie filling and strawberries and spread over dessert just before serving.
