1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. bakin power
Corn meal to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pan with 1 T. oil. Mix all ingredients. Pour oil from pan into mixture and then pour mixture into pan. Bake @425 for 10 or 15 min. til done.
