3 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1T butter
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 lemon ring grated and juiced
1 orange rind grated and juiced
1 box shredded coconut
1 bottle red food coloring (or to desired color)
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, flour, butter, milk, rind, juice. Drain juice from pineapple, save fruit to add after cooking. Cook until thick. Now add coconut and the drained pineapple and ice cake.
