1 chicken, about 3 lbs. cut up
1 tsp. salt
pepper
paprika
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. pancake mix flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, sugar & egg. Pour over chicken. Combine flour and pancake mix and put in paper bag. When ready to fry chicken, put chicken pieces in paper bag & coat with flour mixture. Fry in very hot deep oil (peanut oil or melted crisco). Very good cooked outside in deep fryers or fireplaces.
