3 ripe bananas
1 egg
3 T. melted butter
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 C. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Add mashed bananas, add rest of dry ingredients. Beat well and pour into bread loaf size pan, buttered. Bake SLOW oven 275 1 hour or until done.

There is something about this recipe that is by far better than any other Banana Bread I have made. The secret is baking it very SLOW!
