3 C. milk
1/2 C. sugar
salt
1/2 C. rice -rinsed- uncooked
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. raisins if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, sugar, salt and rice in double boiler till rice is done. Add: beaten eggs, vanilla and raisins if desired.
