Ingredients:  
1 C. flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 C. butter

Filling: cook until clear
1/2 C. sugar
1 T. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 C. water
Add:
1-3 oz. pkg strawberry jello &stir till dissolved, cool
Add:
1 qt fresh cut-up strawberries
Top with:
Cool Whip

Combine first 3 ingredients and pat into a pie pan. Bake 350º - 20 min. Cool. (do not try to roll out the pie crust - just pat into pan!)

Cook sugar, cornstarch, salt and water until clear.
Add jello and stir until dissolved - cool.
Add fresh strawberries in colled crust - cover with cooled filling.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Sets-up like a jello mold. Better when refrigerate overnight. The berries stay better.

Top with Cool Whip

Double recipe for 9x13 pan.
