1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 qt. tomato juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. coarsely grated carrots.
2 cans cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain. Saute salt, celery, green peppers and green onions. Add tomato juice, water, pepper, garlic salt, marjoram, sugar and carrots. Bring to a boil and simmer. Add celery soup.
