1 can chuck pineapple 16 oz.
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 T. flour
1/2 stick of butter
1 c. sugar
6 T. pineapple juice.
1 roll of ritz crackers, crushed.

Melt butter, add flour and 6 T. juice simmer to
thicken. On low heat add cheese to melt, then

Put pineapple in baking dish, pour over the cheese
mixture and top with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
