1 Lrg Head Cabbage (Cut in 6 Wedges)
1 Med Onion
1/2 Lb Sliced Mushrooms
1 Lb Bacon
Garlic Powder
1 Lrg Bell Pepper
Butter
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cabbage into 6 wedges (Do not remove Cabbage core.
Cut Bell Peppers into slices and divide in equal portions.
Cut the onion into slices or rings
Divide into 6 sections.
Slice fresh mushrooms also divide into 6 equal portions.
Rub about 1 teaspoons of butter on each cabbage wedge Place it in Aluminum foi,l dust with Garlic powder to taste.
Add all other vegetables with one slice of Bacon per package.
Cook outside on a grill until you can smell the cabbage cooking.
You should start this about 1 hour before any meat is to be cooked.
This can also be cooked on a campfire but make sure it is not to close to the flames or hot coals.

I have also done this in the Oven and in a Dutch Oven.
