1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour

White Filling:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 egg
dash of salt

Mix the cupcake ingredients together with the mixer.

Mix the white filling ingredients together by hand and set aside.

Fill the cupcake papers 1/3 to 1/2 full with cupcake mixture. Drop one tbsp. or so of white filling into the above.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. When the cupcakes are done, the white filling should be soft.
