1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp soda
1 T. cream (or milk)
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Dissolve soda in cream and add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add eggs, baking powder, and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll to 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Cut with favorite cookie cutter dipped in powdered sugar. Bake until lightly browned (7-9 minutes). It will take about 11 minutes if using AirBake cookie sheets. Cool and frost. These re-roll very well.
