3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Put all dry ingredients in bowl. Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Make a hole in dry ingredients and add the other ingredients. Stir just until mixed. Divide mixture into two greased loaf pans
(5" x 9 1/2") or a few small loaf pans.

Bake at 350 for one hour or longer.

Make take less time for small loaves.
