3/4 lb Shrimp
1/2 lb Scallops
1 1/2 C Dry Elbow Macaroni
1 C Skim Milk
1 C low fat Cottage Cheese
1/2 C light Sour Cream
1/2 C grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 T Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
dash Salt
dash Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the macaroni and drain when done. Peel and de vein the shrimp. Steam the scallops and shrimp until cooked, 10 minutes or so. In a large skillet, mix the milk, pepper and cornstarch and heat over a medium heat. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream and cheddar and gradually increase the temperature while stirring until the cheese melts. Add the garlic powder, parsley and salt. In a large baking dish combine the macaroni, scallops, shrimp and cheese sauce. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 375º or until the cheese begins to brown on top.

I went to Savannah and this was on the menu at one of the seaside restaurants. If you like scallops and shrimp, you will enjoy this meal.
