1 lb. navy beans, soak overnight and drain 5 c. water 2 c. chicken broth 1 ham bone with meat 2 bay leaves 1 small chopped onion
Place beans, water, chicken broth, ham bone, bay leaves and chopped onion in a 6 quart pressure cooker. Cook for 30 minutes at 15 pounds pressure. Let rest for 5 minutes. Place pot under cold water until it stops steaming.
