1 large box lime jello
1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
Directions:

Dissolve jello using only 2 cups hot water. Stir in cottage cheese and crushed pineapple with juice. Pour into an 11 x 17-inch baking dish. refrigerate.
