2 cups shelled and cooked edamame
1 cup silken tofu
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c olive oil
1/3 c lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in the food processor for 2 minutes.

The hummus is loaded with healthy soy protein.
