Preheat Oven to 300

1 1/4 c all purpose flour
2/3 c sugar
1/4 c cornstarch
2 1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 sticks of VERY cold butter cut into little cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, combine all in ingredients except butter.

Add butter in 1/2 c at a time. Pulse quickly without over mixing. Empty dough onto a lightly floured surface. Use cookie cutters for fun shapes or just shape into discs

Bake for 40 minutes. Keep a close eye on the cookies because they can burn quickly.
