1 C Sugar 1/2 C White Corn Syrup 1/3 C Water 1/4 C Butter 3/4 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp Vanilla 3 qts popcorn, popped
Keep popcorn hot in a 300º oven. Stir together sugar, syrup, water and butter. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking without stirring (270º) until syrup forms a brittle ball in cold water. Add vanilla. Pour syrup over popped corn. Mix well to coat every kernel. Grease pan before shaping into balls.
