4 oz cream cheese (at room temp)
1 c + 1 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tub thawed cool whip
1 graham cracker crust (6oz)
1 can of pumpkin (15oz)
2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
In a stand mixer (or with a hand held mixer) beat cream cheese, 1 tbps milk, sugar and half of the cool whip. Once smooth, spread into the pie crust.

Mix all remaining ingredients together with a whisk attachment for about 2 minutes. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.

Cover and chill for 4hrs.
