Base:

1 cup graham crumbs
1 tbsp. white sugar
1/4 cup melted butter.


Middle:

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 tin Eagle Brand milk
1/4 cup lemon juice.


Saskatoon Filling:

4 cups saskatoons
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare base and pat into a 9 x 13" pan. Then beat the cream cheese, Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. (if too runny - add 1 tbsp. flour). Pour over graham base. Let set in fridge. Cook 4 cups saskatoons with 1/2 cup water for about 10-15 minutes. Add 3/4 cup sugar and 2 or 3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca. Cook until thick. Cool. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with whipped cream or Dream Whip. Sprinkle graham wafer crumbs on top. Keep in fridge or freeze.

Can also use blueberries instead of saskatoons.
