Filling:

4 cups fresh, sliced peaches
1 cup sugar, divided
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream

Crust: use your own favorite pie crust recipe.

Topping:

1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Prepare the filling using the ingredients listed above. Slice peaches into a bowl; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Let stand while preparing rest of the filling. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, flour, salt, vanilla. Add sour cream. Stir into peaches. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Sprinkle "topping" ingredients over the top of the pie. Bake at 400º F. for 15 minutes; then 350º F for 30 minutes.
