Ingredients:  
1 package of cream cheese (room temp)
1 c crumbled feta cheese
1 lemon (zest first, then juice)
1 minced clove of garlic
1 tsp. thyme
1 cucumber diced
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Fold in cucumber. Let it chill for at least 1 hr before serving.

Try on: crackers, celery, and as a sandwich spread.
