1 pkg Chicken Flavor Ramen Noodles
4 chicken strips
2 TBS. oil (divided)
2 TBS Soy Sauce
2 broccoli spears
1 med carrot
2 medium green onion
1/2 green pepper
2 celery stalk

Directions:
NOODLES
Set aside the seasoning packet from noodles. (you will use it later) In a sauce pan, cook noodles accorind to directions. Drain water from noodles and set aside.

CHICKEN
Dice chicken into cubes and cook with 1 TBS oil until no longer pink.

VEGETABLES
Wash and slice all vegetables into bite size pieces. Using a large skillet, add the 1 TBS oil and all vegetables. Stir Fry until vegetables are tender. (be careful not to over cook)

PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
Using a large serving bowl, add the noodles (no water,) chicken, vegetables, soy sauce. Add seasoning packet and stir all ingredients together. Serve and Enjoy!
