* 3/4 cup shortening
* 1 1/2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 6 Tablespoons cold water

1. Using 2 knives blend shortening, flour, and salt
2. Add cold water and blend until dry ingredients are moistened
3. divide in half and roll flat for a pie crust
