1 cup water
1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
4 eggs
small pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, flour, salt & butter to a boil. Add flour all at once. Stir till forms ball. Add 1 egg at a time until all blended well. Spoon on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425º for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Split top of puff and spoon in your pudding, custard or ice cream. Place top back on and add your favorite topping like chocolate sauce or powdered sugar.
