* 2 eggs
* 1 3/4 cups flour
* 2 teaspoons bakingpowder
* 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1/3 cup shortening
* 2/3 cup sugar
* 1 cup mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F

1. Beat eggs in a small bowl
2. In a medium bowl, sift flour,powder soda and salt
3. Beat shortening untill creamy, add sugar until fluffy
4. Add Eggsto shortening, mix well
5. Add flour mixture. Alternate flour and banana's

Bake 70 minutes
