2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 15.5-oz cans dark red kidney beans
2 15.5-oz cans light red kidney beans
1 28-oz can tomato sauce
1 28-oz can whole tomatoes
dried parsley and fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute ground beef and onion in skillet until onion is translucent and ground beef browned. Drain off grease and put in large pot. Add tomato sauce. Drain juice from tomatoes into chili mixture. Chop tomatoes to bite size and add to chili mixture. Sprinkle dried parsley to taste. Add ground pepper to taste. Simmer until hot. Serve with crackers and cheese.
