Ingredients:
ripe avocados
dried onion flakes or finely diced onion
garlic powder
lime juice
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper (optional)
your favorite salsa (optional)
chipotle peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
The most important part is choosing ripe avocados. Use about 1/2 medium sized avocado per person. Peel the hard outside skin and remove the pit. Mash with a fork, lightly if chunky avocado is preferred.

Over the mashed avocado, sprinkle dried onion flakes, garlic powder, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Mix together and test the flavor with the chips to get the right seasoning.

If time allows, refrigerate for 3 hours - to blend flavors. If the guacamole doesn't fill the container completely, lay a piece of plastic wrap directly across the top to remove the air and reduce the browning. Add salsa before serving with chips, or use as a vegetable dip.
