3 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. table fat
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 up brown sugar {packed firmly)}
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in frying pan until done. Stirring very often to prevent lumping and burning {keep hot} Make sauce of rest of ingredients. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Combine with cooked beef and cook together until done to taste. Serve on buns {makes about 25 servings}.
