Ingredients:  
Eggplant, Eggs & Flour
Tomato Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Eggplant & leave peeling on.
Slice eggplant – Mix egg & Flour together and dip
Eggplant in that. Then brown eggplant.
Put a layer of eggplant, then mozzarella cheese,
Parmesan cheese & tomato sauce. Mix some
Oregano, salt & pepper & water with the tomato
Sauce. Keep doing layer after layer until baking dish is filled. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
