4-5 lbs trimmed beef tenderloin
1 C Soy Sauce
1 C Vegetable oil
1 C white sherry
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for marinade.
Marinate fillet for 24 hours, turning several times.
Remove meat, pat dry and rub with vegetable oil.
Place on roasting rack in roasting pan.
Roast at 475º for:
25 minutes – very rare
28-30 minutes – rare
Baste with marinade during roasting time.
