* 1/3 cup butter
* 1 large onion chopped
* 1/3 cup flour
* 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1 cup peas
* 1 cup carrots
* 2 cup chicken (cubed)

Preheat oven 450F

1. butter casserole dish

2. In large sauce pan cook chicken and onion in butter

3. Add flour, cook for 1 minute

4. Stir in broth and milk. boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, season with salt and pepper.

5. add peas and carrots.

6. pour into casserole dish

7. Place premade biscuits on top(flaky)

8. Bake 20 Minutes
