* 4 pounds lean ground beef
* 3 Packages of brown gravy
* 2-1/2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 7/8 onion, chopped
* 1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
* 2-1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1-1/4 teaspoons black pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Lightly grease a large shallow baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into 12 (4 inch) round patties.

3. Fry patties in frying pan.

4. Place in baking dish and cover with brown gravy.
