1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1- 1/2 cups light corn syrup
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 square butter
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Butter 9" square baking pan or cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. In heavy 4 quart sauce pan, combine milk,sugars, butter and salt. Place over medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon until mixture comes to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent scorching, cook to 240 º to soft ball stage. Pour into prepared pan. Cool at room temperature until firm. Cut in pieces and wrap in waxed paper, use for pecan rolls or spoon over clustered nuts on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam for caramel nut turtles.
