1 cup raw rice
1 lb. pork (diced)
1 lb veal (diced)
1 large onion (diced)
1/2 green pepper (diced)
2 cups celery (sliced
1 cup corn (optional)
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 T. molasses
3 1/2 T. soy sauce
3 1/2 cups boiling water.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions and celery. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 1 hour covered, 1/2 hour uncovered. Top with corn flakes or crushed potato chips. Potato chips are the best - per Grandma! Watch the salt - with soy sauce and potato chips, it probably doesn't need much extra!
