3 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 to 2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl. Make a hole incenter of flour. Put eggs in hole.Use fork to beat eggs and encoumpess all the flour. Use hands to knead the ball of dough.Dough should be very firm. Cover dough with bowl. Let rest 15 min. Then Knead until smooth. Do this one more time. Roll out until 1/2 '' thick. Cut in half , and feed into spaghetti machine until thin . Cut in 3 lenghts. Let dry 20 min, run through machine until thin as you like it.
