1 package chopped broccoli 1/4 cup diced onion 1 tablespoon butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup cheese 1 cup minute rice 1/2 cup milk
Cook broccoli according to direction. Cook onion in butter. Drain broccoli. Melt together mushroom soup, milk and cheese. Stir in broccoli and onion. Add rice. Put in dish and top with crumbs and cheese. Bake 350º for 30 minutes.
