1½ cups uncooked long grain white rice
4 chicken breast
1 10¾ oz can cream of celery soup
1 cup dry white wine
1 10¾ oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a 9 x 12 pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a bowl mix together rice, mushroom soup, celery soup and chicken broth. Pour mixture into prepared backing dish. Place chicken breast on top of the mixture, pour whine over all. Then sprinkle onion soup mix over. Bake, covered for about 1½ hours or until chicken is no longer pink.
