"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 T. oil
1 tsp. food coloring
1/4 tsp. mint flavoring (or your favorite flavoring), optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat until mixture forms a ball, about 2-4 minutes. Or, microwave mixture on high for 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Play Dough will keep about 4-8 weeks in a sealed container. Does not need to be refrigerated. Note: Adding flavoring masks the salty smell of the play dough, but can tempt little ones to eat it, so be careful!
