3 lb Arm Chuck Roast 1 C Ketchup 1 C Barbecue Sauce 2 C Water 4 C Celery, chopped 1 C Onion, chopped 2 T Vinegar 2 T Brown Sugar 2 T Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Chili Powder 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Place beef in a roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake at 300º for 3-1/2 hours, turning meat over halfway through. Shred beef with two forks. Serve on buns. Freezes well.
