16 oz Jimmy Dean Bulk Sausage
1/2 C Onion, finely chopped
1/2 C Green Pepper, finely chopped
6 slices Bread, cut into 1-inch chunks
12 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 C Milk
1 1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (0.87 oz) pkg Country Gravy Mix
Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown sausage with onion and green pepper; drain well. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add browned sausage and remaining ingredients. Fold all together until bread pieces are soaked well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle a little paprika on top, if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 36 to 38 minutes (in aluminum pan).
