Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Smoked paprika
Paprika
Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Core and seed red pepper and slice into 1" strips. Brush with olive oil and roast in 450º oven until the skin blisters and blackens.

Remove peppers from oven and cool to room temperature. Puree in food processor.

Add to pepper puree while continuing to blend:

1 cup mayonnaise

1 T smoked paprika

1 T paprika

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 t cayenne pepper

Blend until mixture is creamy. Chill until ready to serve.
