Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 steak cut into small strips for stir fry
1 large onion sliced
2-3 bell peppers sliced – I usually use 1 green and 1 red
1 package sliced mushrooms
1 can beef broth
Butter
Flour
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat steak strips in mixture of flour and pepper. Heat 2-3 T butter in fry pan to cook onions slightly. Add steak, peppers and mushrooms. Cook until onion and peppers are tender. Add beef broth – bring to boil, then turn down heat and add additional flour or corn starch to thicken gravy. I usually use Wondra because it doesn't lump. I will also add some Marsala wine or any red wine to give it some additional flavor (about ¼ c).
